Newsletter Advertising Date: Submit information no later than 10 days after the last board meeting. Format: Advertisements should be in a TIFF or JPG format. Articles can be submitted using MS Word. More Information: Residents may place ads in free of charge for selling items like used cars, yard sale, etc... Businesses can not be run out of Copperfield homes. Youth may advertise free of charge for services they have to offer, Baby-sitting, yard work, snow shoveling, pet sitting, etc... Free ads are to be a business card size or less. No editorial or any comments will be printed without the submitter's name. The HOA reserves the right to edit or deny material they find inappropriate. |

Subscribe For E-Mail Alerts 2/4/09 NEW! The HOA has now developed an e-mail blast subscription service. This service will allow you to subscribe to be on a bulk e-mail list. The HOA will use this list to send out periodic updates on issues and happenings in the neighborhood. It is one more way we can contact you and you can get information about critical issues. If at any time you would like to be removed from the e-mail list you simply click on the “unsubscribe” in an e-mail that is sent to you. If your e-mail changes then unsubscribe from your old e-mail address and subscribe again with your new e-mail address. We have developed, and continue to maintain, our own web site so you can be sure that information sent to us will never be shared with any outside vendors. Subscribing is fairly straight forward and I have tested it with some Copperfield residents already. If you have any trouble with this then please do not hesitate to contact Bob Teta at Hotline@CopperfieldKY.com. Here are some pointers: · Click on the "Sign Up Today" graphic. It can be found on the News page and the Home page. · You will be routed be another web page that asks you for some information to subscribe. · Follow the instructions on this page · An e-mail will be sent to you to verify that you subscribed. Select the link in the e-mail to confirm you want to subscribe. · That's it! You are now on the mailing list. |
