Newsletter Advertising

             Date: Submit information no later than 10 days after the last board meeting.

             Format: Advertisements should be in a TIFF or JPG format.  Articles can be submitted using MS Word.                                The editor may reformat your submissions.

             Location:  Send articles and advertisements to :  cneeleyky@aol.com or send a hard copy to 608 Darnay                                  Place.  Follow up with Cindy Neeley to confirm your submission was received

             Pricing:  All payments must be received in full before your advertisement can be   printed.

                          1/4 page                     $25.00                    $12.50

                          1/2 page                    $50.00                     $25.00

More Information:

Nonprofit organizations may place ads 1/4 of a page or less for events going on within their organization.  Example: (St. Patrick's Fall Festival, Middletown Preschool Registration, Cub Scouts Food Collection, Girl Scouts Cookie Sales, etc.... The HOA reserves the right to limit free advertising

Residents may place ads in free of charge for selling items like used cars, yard sale, etc...  Businesses can not be run out of Copperfield homes. 

Youth may advertise free of charge for services they have to offer, Baby-sitting, yard work, snow shoveling, pet sitting, etc...

Free ads are to be a business card size or less. 

No editorial or any comments will be printed without the submitter's name.  The HOA reserves the right to edit or deny material they find inappropriate.
