Copperfield is a deed restricted community.  Our community consists of a Board of Directors who meet once per month and has active committees involved in the various aspects of enabling our community to function properly.  Some of the amenities within the neighborhood include a clubhouse, a six lane 25 yard swimming pool, two tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground.
