Video Security Update 12/30/09

Clubhouse grounds security has been an issue for some time.   The issues have escalated recently.  At the request of several homeowners and the local police we have installed a video security system for the parking lot and playground.  Several surrounding neighborhoods have also recently installed video surveillance systems and are reporting good results.  In the first month our system was installed we also saw a significant reduction in suspicious activity.  Please report illegal or suspicious activity to the Louisville Police Department before you contact the HOA.  You can contact the HOA to let us know that you requested the police to investigate.  If the police would like to analyze video we will send it to them at their request.   Our objective is not to self police our neighborhood but rather have evidence with which we can prosecute with.
